Step 1: Complete Company Settings

Company settings can be found here.

This is important because it will set your global settings for each event you create and ensure that your branding is properly set up. Below are a few key things to consider completing:

  • Company Name
  • Company Link
  • Logo
  • Favicon
  • Audio Player Customization

Once these have been filled out we can move onto how to create your first event!

Step 2: Creating Your First Event

You can create your first event by clicking the “Create Event” button or by going to this link.

The following are the main things to do:

  1. Add event name
  2. Choose background image for the gallery (1080px by 1080px)

The remaining settings are all optional and can be modified later.

Step 3: Uploading Audio Files

Once the event has been created, you can now upload files to it. Click the “upload” button from the event page.

Click the upload button to begin

Drag or upload your audio files (MP3 or WAV) into the upload section and wait for them to finish. You should now see these files in the event page:

Step 4: View Gallery

You now have a fully functioning gallery that you can share with your client!
