4.2. Audio Clean Up

The Audio Clean Up tool removes background noise and other distractions from your audio message using AI. You can clean all messages in an event or select individual messages to clean. Typically it makes sense to clean only the messages where background noise is particularly bad.

*If a message has been cleaned, the cleaned version will be used in the public audio player and the WaveForm videos.

How to Clean Audio

• Select the messages you wish to clean by checking the box next to the file name. You can select all messages by checking the box at the top of the column.
• Press the Audio Clean Up button to start the process.
• Refresh the page to see a visual status of the progress

Once complete, you will see a new MP3 icon indicating the file has been cleaned.
