4.1. Automatic File Renaming

By default, when you upload audio files to our app, we keep the original file names and sort them alphabetically in ascending order.

If you prefer, you can enable Automatic Renaming on the Settings page. With this setting enabled, your files will be automatically renamed during upload to follow a consistent format: Message 001, Message 002, etc. This naming follows the order in which you upload files, so the first file becomes Message 001, the second Message 002, and so on.
